Tasting from 01.01.2023: Dominik Vombach & Benjamin Herzog

Yeasty and savoury on the nose with notes of subtle citrus fruit and melon. Slender and elegant on the palate, with attractive austere aromas. Notes of grapefruit, some honey and peach. Long, salty-mineral finish.
