Tasting Notes
GC stands for Grand Cru and means Grosses Gewächs, but is much older as an estate designation. A very fine, elegant bouquet with clear, pleasantly concentrated fruit and minty herbal notes. Extremely savoury on the palate with its lemony freshness, feeling concentrated, mineral and firm. Still rather closed, but with all the attributes for outstanding development.
