The sweet and dessert wine Rauenthal Baiken Riesling Spätlese, vintage 2020 from the winery Weingut Dr. Corvers-Kauter has been rated in 2021 by Ulrich Sautter with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Rheingau in Germany.
Very unique bouquet, some yeasty bread notes, very bright, vivid lemon, acacia blossom, mineral notes. On the palate, the Baiken has enormous viscosity, but also aromatic density, lots of white peach, still very youthful, but with a great future.
