Light green yellow in colour. Intense white tropical fruit on the nose, lychee and pineapple, with floral aromas in the background, orange zest and herbal savouriness. Juicy peach fruit, firm texture, the extract sweetness is very well countered by a finesse-rich acidity structure, salty base on the finish, fruity finish, very balanced and long-lasting, secure development and certain ageing potential.
