Tasting Notes
Peach and lemon balm on the nose, which is still quite closed and shows more iodine than slate-spicy aromas. Dense in the mouth with lots of mineral extract and a firm acid core offsetting the comparatively vivid sweetness and medium-bodied palate fruit. The finish is slate-spicy, progressing to peppery and balsamic notes.
