The white wine »Tradition« Graach Himmelreich Riesling, vintage 2021 from the winery Weingut Dr. Loosen has been rated in 2026 by Ulrich Sautter with 94 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Moselle in Germany.
Floral and peppery on the nose, an initial ripeness casts a net of balsamic aromas over the nose. The palate is slender and dense in one, it exposes a civilized acidity and lets the sweetness disappear completely behind substance, nerve and minerality. One would hardly estimate the residual sugar at 4 grams, and there are 21! Subtle.
