Tasting Notes
Clear gold. Fine tropical fruit exoticism on the nose, fine nuances of grapefruit, orange zest, mandarins, underlaid with sweet fruit, fine floral touch. Elegant, medium texture on the palate, the residual sugar is finely integrated, very racy structure, incredibly youthful, at the moment the acid structure is in charge, very clear and precise in style, but still needs a few years to outgrow this youthful existence and become more of a character wine, captivates with its superb tropical fruit in the aftertaste, a somewhat slender but delicate ice wine.
