Tasting Notes
Pale golden yellow. Very exotic on the nose, fine notes of honey, juicy, fully ripe tropical fruit nuances, pineapple, lychee, pieces of yellow peach. Slightly slimmer on the palate, the full-bodied fruit sugar is countered by a brilliant acid structure, mineral slate notes in the finish, fine citrus notes, everything still seems quite thick and full of baby fat, at the beginning of a decades-long career.
