Tasting Notes
Light green. Fine pineapple and strawberry notes on the nose, juicy yellow peach, no hint of botrytis, still primarily fruity. On the palate, it has the powerful texture of a hot year, a creamy sweet core, underneath a lively citrus complex, still underdeveloped, very clear and precise style. A muscular late harvest that is still underdeveloped overall. There will probably be more wines like this in the future if it continues to get warmer.
More about the tastingJuicy, ripe fruit, pleasantly full-bodied, grapey and raisiny, as it is dried on the vine. Initially shows a rather subtle, then stronger slate note. Juicy, full-bodied fruit, plump and sensual, with a filigree structure: fine, nervy acidity, juicy grape sweetness on the finish. Great, juicy late harvest.
