Tasting Notes
Pale greenish yellow. Delicate citrus notes on the nose, elegant vegetal undertones, a hint of fresh apple peel, but also a hint of peach. Juicy and sweet on the palate. Shows a medium complexity, a delicate residual sugar is well integrated, youthful and fresh, quite elegant, a rather average vintage.
More about the tastingVery clear on the nose, with a spicy, smoky-mineral note. More purist than the 2003. Spicy on the palate, pleasantly full-bodied and juicy (botrytis!), fine-bodied and animating, with a hint of black bread in the finish. Slimmer than the 2003, but with pleasant concentration and restrained, even austere sensuality. Good potential.
