Tasting Notes
Initially ripe on the nose. Aromas of lemon balm, cumin, anise, leafy green, and black pepper. Fresh on the palate with a stable acidity despite all the roundness. A graceful structure, restrained fruit, light on its feet, and with a mineral character. It is seemingly compact on the finish which suggests that further bottle ageing will unlock plenty of spice.
