The white wine »Terra F« Elsheim Riesling Kabinett, vintage 2021 from the winery Weingut Eppelmann has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Rhine Hesse in Germany.
Some yeasty savouriness on the nose, fine herbs and yellow stone fruit such as Mirabelle plum and apricot, also apple, some sesame and slightly mentholated. Powerful and lively on the palate with supporting acidity, well endowed in the extract, the sweetness is seamlessly packed, emerging minerality and savouriness, the noticeable phenolics provide profile, apple peel, slight astringency. Quite complex.
