Dark ruby, opaque core, purple reflections, delicate ochre brightening on the rim. Attractive, yet at the same time somewhat reserved aromas, with nuances of oak, dark berries and a hint of chocolate. Taut and tightly woven, ripe cherries, vivid tannins, ripe plums, figs and a hint of dark chocolate on the medium finish. Seems somewhat closed and unapproachable at the moment.
