Tasting Notes
Dark garnet, purple reflections, broad and bright rim. A somewhat restrained bouquet, nuances of black sweet cherries, a subtle herbal savouriness and a hint of orange zest, needs a lot of air. Juicy and tightly meshed, with a firm texture, dark berries, a lively structure and a hint of nougat on the finish, perhaps lacking the final depth. The wine is still very youthful and is an appealing accompaniment to food, a timeless style. (2025, drink, hold +15)
