Dark ruby colour, purple reflections, delicate ochre rim. Ripe plum fruit with a delicate herbal-spicy background, fine blackberry confit, candied orange zest, some nougat, inviting bouquet. Taut, tightly knit, red berry fruit, fresh structure, fine tannins, mineral-salty finish, a lively food companion.
