Tasting Notes
Spicy, roasted wood. Some tropical fruit, but also floral undertones. On the palate, the wine is exceptionally dense. Pithiness and fullness contrast, extract tension and chalky minerality emphasise the still closed, compact finish.
More about the tastingWood and yeast, bâtonnage aromas, yellow-fleshed peach, also slightly floral, lilac. Creamy on the attack, concentrated, crisp acidity, chewy, mineral, a large volume seamlessly filled with content, long, not yet very open, and yet already incredibly complex.
