Tasting Notes
Originates from the parcel mentioned in the text, planted at the beginning of the 20th century. Honey, delicate yellow fruit, yeast. Smoky and floral on contact with air. Finely rounded on the palate, ripe acidity, some mellowness and yet juiciness, a delicate finish of citrus, lavender, tangerine, almost red berry. Density, charm and firmness combined.
