Fresh aroma of peppermint and some lavender with citrus notes, some orange oil, peach, slate-spicy ambience. With acidity typical of the vintage, which creates additional tension and dynamism, dense extract, citric freshness and mineral savouriness, still a little carbonic acid. A still youthful drinking vintage, can develop further.
