The white wine »Saar« Riesling feinherb, vintage 2022 from the winery Weingut Nik Weis – St. Urbans-Hof has been rated in 2023 by Ulrich Sautter with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Moselle in Germany.
This feinherbe Saar still seems quite young, slight yeasty influence, light tones, some lemon tart. There is a seamless juiciness on the palate that suits the wine very well. Located at the upper end of the feinherbe spectrum, it's a lot of fun.
