A yeasty nose with notes of ageing "Sur Lie", pear, meadow and garden herbs, chervil, caraway, also wet vineyard soil. Juicy and accessible on the palate with a ripe acidity and a supple sweetness, pleasantly tart fruit (green pear, lemon), mineral-spicy hints in the background.
