The white wine »Alte Reben« Sylvaner trocken, vintage 2023 from the winery Weingut Olinger has been rated in 2024 by Ulrich Sautter with 90 - 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Grüner Sylvaner from the region Franconia in Germany.
Significantly stronger in colour than the Ortswein, but also manages without intrusive primary fruit. Herbal notes of hops and hemp on the nose, phenolics impressions. On the palate there is suddenly juicy fruit, pear, quince, dense but with edges.
