Tasting Notes
Mature spiciness, grapefruit peel, soy sauce, still some oak and, despite the comparatively developed aromatics, still reductive aromas. Concentrated fruit on the palate, firm and almost still stubbornly closed, but radiating a homogeneous wealth of ingredients. Ripe acidity that thickens on the finish, excellent length and, after standing in the glass, it has an evolution towards a silky texture.
