It is a wine made from the grape varieties Pinot Noir, Chardonnay from the region Pfalz (Palatinate) in Germany.
Disgorged August 2022. Lots of yeast in the aroma. Vanilla biscuit, Christmas cookie. On the palate, the sparkling wine tastes very dry without being harsh, a fresh, civilised acidity gives length, is surrounded by a fine mousse, the finish shows tactile mineral components and nuances of tertiary savouriness. Reminiscent of the Tarlant wine of the same name.
