Golden yellow in colour. The first aroma is intense and complex. A mix of lemon balm, gooseberry, ripe grapefruit, dried apricot and smoke develops. The palate follows a herbal note, ripe yellow fruit, light minerality with ideally integrated acidity and very attractive finish.
