It is a wine made from the grape varieties Pinot Noir, Syrah from the region Pfalz (Palatinate) in Germany.
Disgorged in January 2023, pastel salmon pink colour. The aroma is still very yeasty. A light-bodied, finely nervous sparkling wine on the palate, the mousse has some piquancy, but is balanced by the interplay of sweetness and acidity. Berry, quite clear finish. Original style.
