The white wine »Mineral« Grauburgunder, vintage 2021 from the winery Weingut Oliver Zeter has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 90+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Grauburgunder
Pale golden in colour, bread roundness on the nose, a hint of oak, citrus and red berry aromas in the background. The palate starts out soft and full-bodied, with a mellow phenolics character and a creaminess due to the oak, the acidity remains well integrated almost to the very end, the aromas tend to be of medium intensity and length.
