Tasting Notes
The nose reveals fruit that is as intense as it is ripe with nuances: black cherry and milk chocolate. Wild raspberry, sage tea, some menthol and a delicate caramel touch from the oak. On the palate, the wine is dense with fine-grained tannins, with a ripe acidity and suppleness without sweetness in the background. A Pfalz Syrah that is completely unforced, resting in itself, with very good certain ageing potential for further savoury development.
