Black forest berry jam underpinned by subtle notes of fine, aromatic wood, a hint of cassis, and a delicate touch of chocolate. Powerful, juicy, with extract-driven sweetness and pronounced tannins, fine nougat, a herbally spicy finish, and dark minerality on the finish.
