Tasting Notes
Black tea, sweet cherries, subtle use of wood. On the palate, vibrant minerality, and at the same time extremely delicate. A straight acidity, with firm and yet fresh tannins, unobtrusive, but still structured. A concise Pinot, designed for the long haul, with good ageing potential, on its way to grown-up notes of savoury spices and silky texture.
