Tasting Notes
Spontaneous fermentation notes on the nose, subtle wood, honeydew melon and herbs, buckwheat honey, impressive peppery notes following aeration. In the mouth, supple and phenolic elements are integrated, the aromatic colouring is reminiscent of Ruländer, but with a bone-dry palate. Subtle purism that speaks to the connoisseur.
More about the tastingSpontaneous fermentation, subtle wood, honeydew melon and herbs, Miel de Sarrasin, with air more and more peppery notes. On the palate, the wine has a structure that interweaves supple and phenolic elements and combines them with a juicy acidity, the aromatic imprint wanders along the old Ruländer style, and that without overripeness! Intensity, but no power. And somehow also volume without fullness. A refined, subtle Pinot Gris purism that speaks to the connoisseur.
