Pinot Noir, St. Laurent, Blaufränkisch and Dornfelder come together in sparkling brut nature. Berry aromas in the glass, cherry, blackberry, raspberry and yeast; with a brisk acidity on the palate that conveys the pure and unadorned taste of the grapes. Full of verve.
