Tasting from 16.08.2023: Ulrich Sautter

Zinc yellow with golden reflections. Ripe papaya and mango in the fruity aroma, also passion fruit and some English orange marmalade. Juicy and full-bodied on the palate with sweet yellow fruit. The wine is creamy and generous, with ripe, rested acidity; besides ripe yellow fruit, a savoury quality and citrus notes, it has some grapefruit.
