Tasting Notes

Tasting from 17.08.2022: Ulrich Sautter

Restrained on the nose, wet rock, slate savouriness, subtle fruit, red apple, apricot, lemon balm. Juicy on the palate, full-bodied, beautiful extract, well integrated ripe acidity, fine phenolics, mineral savouriness, creamy texture in the middle, great tension, great length. Very gluggable, good certain ageing potential.
