A hint of yeast and savoury Riesling fruit: Pineapple and red pepper, mint, lemon balm. In the mouth, the wine has a lot of tension, the juicy acidity is well balanced by fruit and a hint of sweetness. A fresh, aromatic, very complete wine. Tastes as if Riesling has always been made on the Ahr.
