Tasting Notes
Red beet, raspberry, sweet cherry on the nose, very little wood. Good proportions on the palate, somewhat grainy but ripe tannins, well-integrated acidity, firm and still youthful extract, juicy and elegant finish with tactile mineral overtones.
More about the tastingFinely spiced Burgundy fragrance, fir resin, red currant. Sandy on the attack, a demanding tannin structure, but well suited to the juicy, sinewy structure. Restrained, well-integrated acidity. Compact, still youthfully astringent finish.
