The St. Michael-Eppan winery is one of Italy's best-known wine producers. The Sauvignon "Sanct Valentin" enjoys cult status, but the other white wines from this line can also be found on the best wine lists. The father of this success is cellar master and director Hans Terzer. With 390 hectares, the winery is one of the largest in the country. The "Sanct Valentin" line comprises nine wines and almost 400,000 bottles, a large quantity of top wines. With "Appius" and "The Wine Collection", the Eppan winery has gone one step further in terms of quality and offers the best that the cellar has to offer.
