Tasting Notes
Gentle creaminess and notes of fresh, sweet yeast bakery play on the nose alongside a hint of plum skin. The palate has a similar creaminess and a textural presence that shows real concentration and backbone. This is mellow but still fits in the lighter style of the approachable Moët non-vintage style, but is is rounder and more sonorous, enlivened by lively mousse. An ideal winter aperitif that will easily transition to the table.
