Green Goddess Dressing

Wonderful with crisp green leaves like Romaine or Little Gem, but also great as a dip for seafood or crudités.

Ingredients
1 bunch parsley
1 bunch chives
1 bunch basil
1 can anchovies in oil
2 bunch tarragon
250 g full-fat Greek yoghurt
1-2 handful raw garlic
freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • Put all ingredients in a blender (including the anchovy oil) and whizz till smooth, then adjust for seasoning with salt (if necessary), pepper and more lemon.
