La La Land Champagne

Vodka

Passion fruit juice, ginger beer and Champagne are combined to create an exotic punch.

Ingredients
500 ml vodka
700 ml Champagne
300 ml Licor 43
300 ml fresh lime juice
500 ml passion fruit juice
500 ml ginger beer
1 bunch fresh mint
  • Mix all ingredients in a punch bowl and stir gently.
  • Add 20 ice cubes to cool the punch down and to dilute it just a little.
  • Always serve the punch bowl on fresh ice.
  • Quantities are just guidelines, so be creative and adjust to taste with either sugar or lime juice.
