It is a wine made from the grape variety Chardonnay from the region Hessische Bergstraße in Germany.
The nose is still rather closed in the fruity components, but is already beginning to open up the peppery, terroir-tinged, "stony" motifs. On the palate the acidity and fine mousse culminate in a yeasty, savoury, mineral-influenced interplay of aromas. This has style and class.
