The red wine Kepos IGT, vintage 2016 from the winery Ampeleia has been rated in 2018 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Grenache, Carignan, Alicante Bouschet from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Tasting Notes
Bright ruby-purple. Very elegant nose of ripe strawberry, cherry, some smoke, with mineral hints. Present on the palate with a taut finish, crisp and salty, expands elegantly, then slightly harsh in the second part, still very young.
