Tasting Notes

Tasting from 13.10.2016: Othmar Kiem

Dark, sparkling ruby with a slight violet tinge. Shows fine spicy notes of white pepper and cardamom, lots of pomegranate and cassis. Hearty and gripping on the palate, present, juicy fruit, opens with lots of present, pithy tannins, firm pressure, still a little edgy on the finish, needs time.
