The nose is of ripe Red Delicious apple - both freshly cut and baked - with a lovely hint of yeast. The palate is a seamless continuation of those pure apple notes, bedded in that that lovely, yeasty texture and pervaded by fine, accentuating freshness. Simply lovely and utterly harmonious.
