Medium golden yellow with green reflections. Rich yellow apple on the nose, as well as notes of toast and candied citrus fruit. A gripping palate has a gentle phenolic edge and a juicy acid core, as well as good length that finishes with white nougat and a touch of salt. Refreshingly complex.
