The crémant Bouvet Instinct Saumur AOP Extra-Brut Vintage, vintage 2020 from the winery Bouvet Ladubay has been rated in 2025 by Romana Echensperger with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Chenin Blanc, Chardonnay from the region Saumur in France.
This crémant is light yellow and delicately sparkling. The bouquet combines fruit and yeasty notes with aromas of Golden Delicious, melon, mirabelle plum, candied orange peel, elderflower, brioche, buttered toast, roasted nuts and toffee. On the palate, the crisp mousse, fresh acidity and subtle dosage harmonise perfectly. A crémant full of finesse and with depth.
