The crémant Bouvet Ogmius Saumur AOP Vintage Magnum Brut, vintage 2015 from the winery Bouvet Ladubay has been rated in 2025 by Peter Moser, Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach, Ulrich Sautter, Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler, Gerhild Burkard, Romana Echensperger with 95 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Chenin Blanc, Chardonnay from the region Loire Valley in France.
Bright straw yellow in colour. Intense aromas of citrus zest, ripe tropical fruit, brioche, roasted nuts and caramel. Fine mousse on the palate, subtle, full-bodied ripe flavours with a refreshing acid core, accompanied by salty oyster water. Opulent and elegant, underpinned by woody notes. Vibrant mouthfeel, mineral richness and youthful maturity guarantee further ageing potential. .
