Medium, bright golden yellow. Ripe apple, stewed quince and yellow kiwi on the nose, finely underpinned with a hint of vanilla and smoked bacon. Straightforward and taut on the palate, with a fine mousse, juicy, balanced acidity and a mineral base. Delicate, tart wood tones and hints of salted caramel linger on the finish. A tasty accompaniment to food.
