It is a wine made from the grape varieties Chenin Blanc, Chardonnay from the region Saumur in France.
An intense bouquet, with distinct fruity and yeasty aromas, notes of quince, pineapple, apple, acacia blossom, beeswax and fennel seeds, plus brioche, biscuit and marzipan. Pleasantly dry on the palate, with a perfect balance between maturity, acidity and cleverly measured dosage that emphasises the yellow fruit, the finish displays minerality, tension and complexity. A very elegant, profound crémant.
