The crémant Bouvet Trésor Saumur AOP Brut Vintage, vintage 2021 from the winery Bouvet Ladubay has been rated in 2025 by Romana Echensperger with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Chenin Blanc, Chardonnay from the region Saumur in France.
Pale yellow in colour with delicate green reflections. The bouquet develops aromas of quince, Mirabelle plum and citrus zest, accompanied by meadow herbs and subtle yeasty notes reminiscent of brioche and toast. On the palate, it has a grippy mousse and a crisp, fresh acidity that is harmoniously balanced by a perfectly balanced dosage. An accessible Crémant that is rightly considered a classic.
