It is a wine made from the grape varieties Chenin Blanc, Chardonnay from the region Loire Valley in France.
Light yellow gold with silver reflections. An inviting nose of white dried apple, yeast rolls, almonds and citrus zest. It's agile and juicy on the palate thanks to the supporting acidity and a firm mousse with a chalky foam that combine to invigorating effect. Finishes with youthful woody notes and delicious, citrusy freshness. Delicious with light dishes.
